Samui Resotel

Stayed for 7 nights early September, weather superb! Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem for them and no issues checking in and out. Mr Chow is a good fella! Quiet location but close to all the good stuff, the island is small enough to cruise on a scooter anyway. Would stay again 100%!

The best resort in Chaweng in terms of quality/price ratio, beautiful clean rooms, the area has everything you need, the staff is amazing, kind, they provide everything and will help... amazing food and a beautiful beach, we will definitely be back

We had a great stay here, Rooms were kept clean and refreshed, Good size with a nice view. Service was excellent, Had met our needs. Pool was great, Small gym but good enough if you want to get a quick workout in! Very happy with beachfront access from the resort. It’s a great location to visit the city and Surrounding area. We rented scooters Tour of the city with no issue. Boom is the hotel customer service rep, she is an absolute gem! She went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Always smiling and happy, her Positivity is contagious. She and her colleagues made our stay all that much better!

Clean, quiet on shoulder season. Good access to beach if you can climb a wall . Staff all very polite and accommodating. Good facilities. Decor a little dated and shower water leaks into sink area but all still very nice.

Located at the heart of the Chaweng area, but in a quieter location. Rooms are specious and well equipped. Stuff are very kind and polite and always happy to help. Rich breakfast selection and generally nice hotel albeit a little old.

Rooms and nice and clean and well kept by room service. Facilities vary, could be better especially the gym, consistency across rooms, some had smart tvs some didn’t. Good location on a less busy part of the beach!

We had one of the Ocean Pool Villas for our stay. It was clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The beach view and easy access to the beach was great. It was very relaxing to lounge by your private pool while feeling like you're on the beach. The majority of the staff are quite friendly and pleasant. Anything we asked of them was done without hesitation or fuss. The breakfast buffet isn't the best I have had, but was very good none the less and with quite a good selection. The location of the resort is down the quieter end of Chaweng Beach which I didn't really mind, but if you want to be closer to the action you may want to reconsider.
